    Lower Back Pain Prevention & abdominal strengthening – integrates strength, core stability, balance and endurance exercises resulting in postural correction & body toning
  • Pilates (All Fitness Levels)
    Muscle toning and body conditioning routines that helps to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and muscle coordination & control in the legs, abdominals, arms and back
