Iyengar Yoga is rooted in the classical Yoga tradition. In this style of Yoga, we are focusing on technique and alignment in the Yoga postures. This creates

awareness of body and mind and brings with it mobility, increased circulation, concentration, reduced stress and toned vital organs.

Poses in Iyengar Yoga include a range of strengthening, passive poses as well as restorative ones which will make the body fresh and balanced. In Iyengar Yoga, the poses will be made accessible for each student with special props such as straps, blocks and blankets to get the maximum benefit.

With props, anyone can move in the framework of their possibilities.
