*Yoga and Pilates must be pre-booked. Pilates sessions are 90 minutes, all other sessions are 60 minutes.

Upper Body and Lower Body boxing routines – technique work & cardio exercise using a boxing theme.
- Core Stability (All Fitness Levels)
Lower Back Pain Prevention & abdominal strengthening – integrates strength, core stability, balance and endurance exercises resulting in postural correction & body toning
- Pilates (All Fitness Levels)
Muscle toning and body conditioning routines that helps to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and muscle coordination & control in the legs, abdominals, arms and back
- Yoga (All Fitness Levels)
